Shift Managers

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, and ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting departmental goals.
• May be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule that can accommodate the demands of the position.
• Must be at least 18 years old to manage in our restaurants.

Pay is based on experience.
