Shift Managers

About the role

We are seeking Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and availability to work up to $19 / hour. Shift Managers with limited availability may earn up to $18 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun, passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Pay

Starting rates vary based on availability, with Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience earning up to $19 / hour and those with limited availability earning up to $18 / hour.
