Shift Managers

Starting pay range is $18 - $20/hour.

About the Role

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Monitor and manage team performance during shifts
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Help assigned departments meet goals and targets
• Food safety and internal communication
• Inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing crew and ensuring quality food production
• Exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and training

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
