About the Role
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the following shift.

- Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
