SHIFT MANAGER TABLE GAMES

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift.
• Support, administer, and manage operational goals, monitor performance and profit objectives, and ensure compliance with departmental budget initiatives.
• Create and maintain effective and efficient schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the budget process for the department and provide recommendations.
• Enthusiastically support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Ensure customer service standards are followed by all team members and address issues as they arise.
• Oversee all games and staff in Table Games on assigned shift, enforce games procedures and policies, and monitor for compliance.
• Handle customer concerns and make final decisions in service recovery.
• Accountable for the chips, cards, dice, and all gaming equipment, verify table inventories, and manage table limits.
• Maintain and process all paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication pertaining to the Table Games department.
• Engage and manage the overall integrity of daily operations on assigned shift, address and manage team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and report potential issues to management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./ B.S.) from four-year college or university, or minimum of four years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations leadership position, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Extensive knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Pay

Starting Salary: $90,000 to $92,000

Shifts may include holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
