Responsibilities

Lead a team of baristas and support staff

  • Ensure smooth operations by managing inventory, staffing, and scheduling
  • Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
