As a shift manager you will lead with purpose and prepare for the next step in your Starbucks journey. Requirements
- One year of retail or customer service management experience
- Two years of retail or customer service management experience preferred OR four or more years of U.S. Military service
- One year supervising the work of others, including teambuilding and coaching
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
