Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Train, mentor, and coach partners to deliver on Starbucks standards and values.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational processes.
• Drive sales and maintain store profitability.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• One year of retail or customer service management experience.
• One year supervising the work of others, including teambuilding and coaching.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.

Two years of experience preferred, or 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
