Shift Manager starting pay with open availability is $18.50 and once certified $19.50

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Ensuring adherence to McDonald's food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a successful shift.
• Achieving and supporting departmental goals during shifts.
• Maintaining restaurant operations by monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Scheduling Crew members and fostering high performance during shifts.
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of McDonald's operational standards and procedures.

Pay

$18.50 per hour initially, with potential for certification-based raise to $19.50 per hour.
