About the role
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
- Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- MUST BE 18, WILL WORK A ROTATING SCHEDULE.
- This is a temporary position, will not go over 12 months.

Qualifications
- One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

Salary range: $20.70 - $34.46 per hour
Schedule
Shift work, 24/7, 365 days/year; fuel management compliance within 3 months of assuming position.
