About the role

The Shift Manager is responsible for running PRIMO shifts, conveying Dillas' culture to Team Members and customers, leading, managing, and holding team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable
• Give clear direction by setting the tone daily through energetic pre and post-shift meetings and aligning the team with goals
• Set goals and empower the team to achieve them. Provide opportunities for success!
• Define the standards with great training and be vocal about the expectations at Dillas. Be a great coach

• Inspire - motivate team to maximize their potential on each shift
• Acknowledge - Understand the team made a choice to work with us. Thank them often

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems

Qualifications

• Texas Food Handler's Card REQUIRED at Onboarding
