Shift Manager-Maintenance Focused

About the role

Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring the park’s facilities are in top condition. Manage staff and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades
• Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards
• Manage a team of maintenance staff
• Communicate with park management to plan and execute maintenance schedules
• Document and report on maintenance activities and issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and codes
• Experience with project management software
