About the team
Amazon Logistik (AMZL) is responsible for delivering millions of products directly to customers' doors. The "Last-Mile-Logistics" delivers our packages in partnership with third-party providers and implements numerous initiatives to continuously improve, satisfying millions of customers.
Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
Working in different shifts at one of our facilities, you primarily focus on ensuring safety standards are met by your team and across your entire facility. You also oversee process efficiency. Your priorities include routine team management and daily operational activities. Other tasks may include escalations in individual cases, process improvements, and cross-departmental emergency planning.
About the team
You work as an important member of the operations team alongside colleagues from other teams and external partners, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers as well as our own requirements at all times. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics with leadership in your business area, as well as discussing the pros and cons of technical improvements with the technology team.
Basic Qualifications
- Completed college degree before the start date or completion within the last 24 months
- Advanced English and German proficiency in both written and spoken forms
- Relevant experience in conducting data analyses
Preferred Qualifications
- Current studies or recently obtained bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, economics, engineering, or a comparable field
- Interest in taking on a leadership role and managing a team of employees from around the world
- Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and leaders
- Experience in a logistics environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
