About the role

A Shift Manager in Training leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee and lead crew and other managers on their shift, inspire and empower the team, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
• Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with other Shift Managers and crew
• Motivating, delegating, and coaching the team
• Completing assigned cleanliness and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Previous Manager experience
• Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review
• Must be 18 years or older
