The Shift Manager in Training position requires previous Manager experience or a strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Planning for each shift
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
- Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
- Motivating, delegating, and coaching the team
- Completing assigned cleanliness and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
Passion for helping and serving others, strong customer service and support focus, effective communication skills, ability to anticipate and solve customer needs, and a positive attitude are essential. Previous managerial experience is required, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
Skills
Leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability are key skills for success in this role.
