About the role

The job offers competitive pay ranging from $17.50-$19.75 per hour, along with a range of benefits including:

• One week of vacation after one year for Shift Manager I
• Two weeks of vacation after one year for Shift Manager II

Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead shifts every day, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald's standards
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meeting targets during their shifts
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals
• Ensuring food safety
• Maintaining inventory management
• Performing daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing the crew
• Producing quality food
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Ensuring safety and security
• Scheduling
• Training

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should:

• Have previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Be passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment
• Have a flexible schedule and enjoy having fun
• Be at least 18 years old to be a manager in our restaurants
