Shift Manager (Hourly)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service
• Aid with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Train and coach crew members on policies, procedures, and performance expectations
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure proper staffing levels during shifts and adjust as needed
• Support inventory management and restocking as required
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health regulations

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or customer service required; supervisory experience a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
