Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service
- Aid with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits
- Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Train and coach crew members on policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure proper staffing levels during shifts and adjust as needed
- Support inventory management and restocking as required
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health regulations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service required; supervisory experience a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
