About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day operations including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage shifts to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards.
