About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant during their shift
• Ensures guest satisfaction and restaurant performance
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and employees
• Supervises restaurant employees during their shift

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee
• High school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
