About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages
• Manage inventory levels and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance

Requirements

• A high school education or GED
• A valid driver's license
