About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift
• Supervise restaurant employees
• Aid in the training and development of restaurant staff
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper food and beverage preparation
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Assist in managing the budget and financial aspects of the restaurant

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
