Responsibilities

• Supervising staff
• Coordinating schedules
• Managing vendor relationships
• Ensuring compliance with company policies
• Driving strategic initiatives that improve service delivery and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor performance metrics
• Ensuring accountability across assigned areas
• Leading onboarding and training efforts for new team members
• Mentoring existing staff to grow their skills and productivity

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in management roles
• Serve Safe certificate required or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hire

Skills

• Strong management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Good understanding of budget management and business finance, including basic forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Excellent communication skills

Pay
