About the role
Responsible for managing shifts at the corporate office location. Oversee team performance, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and handle customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage shift schedules and staff assignments
- Oversee team performance and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
