Shift Manager

Job Summary

As a Restaurant Shift Manager at SONIC, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will ensure quality food service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and develop your team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure quality food service and a clean, safe environment
• Train and develop team members to enhance guest experiences

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience
