Job Summary
As a Restaurant Shift Manager at SONIC, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will ensure quality food service, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and support the development of team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure quality food service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Support the hiring, training, and development of team members
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience
