Job Summary
As a Restaurant Shift Manager at SONIC, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, providing a positive guest experience. Additionally, you will support the development and growth of team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure quality food and service
- Provide a clean, safe, and efficient environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Spark moments of delightful possibility for guests
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience
