Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Track record of managing operations effectively.
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Highly motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to oversee weekends and changing schedules.
• Reliable transportation.
