Shift Manager

About the role

As Shift Manager at Prime Car Wash, you will lead daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. This role involves training staff, managing workflow during busy periods, and maintaining Prime's quality and speed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and upholding Prime's standards of quality, speed, and experience
• Take charge of the action, oversee team members, and provide guidance and support as needed
• Train new recruits and coach existing team members to reach their full potential
• Keep operations running smoothly and ensure top-tier service regardless of volume
• Jump in wherever needed to complete tasks and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Proven ability to manage operations effectively
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Highly motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks
• Flexible availability, including weekends and changing schedules
• Reliable transportation
