Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and upholding Prime's standards of quality, speed, and experience
• Take charge of the action, oversee team members, and provide guidance and support as needed
• Train new recruits and coach existing team members to reach their full potential
• Keep operations running smoothly and ensure top-tier service, no matter how busy it gets
• Jump in wherever needed to get the job done and keep customers coming back

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Proven track record of managing operations effectively
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to oversee weekends and changing schedules
• Reliable transportation
