Responsibilities

• Planning and executing shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards and safety protocols
• Communicating effectively with team members and the next shift leader
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Training new employees and supporting their development
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Supporting the management of assigned departments
• Ensuring food safety and handling exceptional customer service situations

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to various schedules
• Age 18 or older

Qualifications

While not mandatory, previous leadership experience is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
