Responsibilities
- Planning and executing shifts to ensure customer satisfaction

- Communicating effectively with team members and the next shift leader
- Managing inventory and daily maintenance
- Training new employees and supporting their development
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Supporting the management of assigned departments
- Ensuring food safety and handling exceptional customer service situations
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to various schedules
- Age 18 or older
Qualifications
While not mandatory, previous leadership experience is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
