About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain performance during the shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew effectively.
- Manage food safety internally.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
Qualifications
