Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for food safety, internal communication, daily maintenance, and crew management.
- Manage staff schedules and train new hires.
- Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
