Shift Manager
Requirements
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, managing safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and meeting targets. They may also assist in meeting Department goals.

Responsibilities
Shift Managers are responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Qualifications
A previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
