What You’ll Do (Shift Leader)

• Lead and motivate crew and managers during shifts
• Plan, monitor, and adjust for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensure food safety and operational standards
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily maintenance
• Train and develop team members
• Handle guest concerns and deliver 100% customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Leader to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain meeting shift and departmental targets

What You Need

• Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
• A positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
