Shift Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
• Perform training as needed.

Requirements

• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service call center preferred, but not required.
• Leadership experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
