Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her for the next shift.
• Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Manage food safety internally.
• Manage quality food production.
• Manage scheduling.
• Train new employees.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.
