Shift Manager
About the role
The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, train staff, and handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and meet McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and daily maintenance.
- Train and supervise the crew.
- Meet and exceed departmental targets.
- Handle scheduling and staffing needs.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
