Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for running a great shift.
• Meet and help meet departmental targets during shifts.
• Manage inventory, food safety, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively and efficiently.
• Perform food safety internal communication tasks.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• A flexible schedule that allows for the demands of the job.
