Shift Manager

About the role

We are seeking Shift Manager positions in a family-owned company with great opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
• Train new employees as needed.

Requirements

• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
