-Shift Manager-

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

• Maintain inventory levels
• Ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Monitor and manage crew performance
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Support Department goals

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast-paced McDonald’s environment and have the passion to work there.

You must be 18 years or older to apply as a manager.
