Shift Manager
About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee the team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. They also manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew schedules.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and perform daily maintenance and cleanliness checks.
- Oversee quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor safety and security protocols.
- Train new employees and assist in their development.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
