Shift Manager
Your Role
As a Shift Manager, you’ll take on a leadership role, ensuring that our restaurant maintains high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. You’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, friendly, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leading Internal Functions: Manage critical areas such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
Delegating & Reporting: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met
Driving Restaurant Performance: Support the General Manager in achieving goals
Kitchen Operations: Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
People Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives
Customer Service: Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal service
Team Collaboration: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
What We’re Looking For
A commitment to excellence in food safety, service, and the workplace environment
Strong customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs
Effective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting
Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred
Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for the position
