Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Perform various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
- May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and assisting in meeting departmental goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols.
- Manage crew effectively.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demanding nature of the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position.
