- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers
- Achieving targets during their shifts
- Helping departments meet their goals
- Making sure safety, security, inventory and profitability are managed
- Managing Crew schedules
- Encouraging high performance during their shift
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Quality food production training
