Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient service and compliance with McDonald's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality of food production.
- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage inventory levels and daily maintenance.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Train and supervise the team to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Skills
Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant management systems are beneficial.

Pay
