Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards across the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and daily maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support the achievement of departmental and overall restaurant goals.
• Handle emergencies and incidents as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a demanding schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.

Qualifications

While not specified, candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
