Responsibilities
- Plan and lead each shift to ensure customers receive a quick, accurate, friendly experience.
- Monitor performance during shifts to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet and help achieve departmental targets during shifts.
- Manage crew and handle inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure food safety and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Oversee safety and security measures.
- Train new employees as needed.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule that can accommodate the demands of the position.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
- Starting salary range: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
