Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards in terms of food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and crew management
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet and help meet departmental targets
• Manage food production and customer service
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
• Train crew members on various aspects of the job

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere
• Age 18 or older

$16.00 to $17.50 per hour.
