Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and meeting targets and department goals.

Requirements

A background in leadership, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting, is preferred. Applicants should be 18 years or older and possess a positive attitude and a flexible schedule suitable for a fast-paced environment.
